I’ve loved Moldavite since I was a child. My dad had a piece, and I remember being completely captivated by its wild beauty deep green, otherworldly, and unlike anything else I’d seen. Even then, before I knew anything about crystals or energy, I could feel something real.

As a sensitive child, Moldavite made my hands tingle. It was alive.

🌍 What Is Moldavite?

Moldavite is a rare green tektite a natural glass created by a meteorite impact over 15 million years ago.

A giant meteor struck what’s now southern Germany, generating so much heat and force that it fused rock with cosmic material. The molten glass was flung high into the sky, eventually cooling and falling over a small part of the Czech Republic. That’s the only place genuine Moldavite comes from.

It’s wild. It’s ancient. And it carries both Earth and cosmic energy.

No wonder it feels like nothing else.

Since launching Crystal Calling, I’ve been on a mission to offer authentic Moldavite for sale in the UK not polished glass, not factory tumbled stones. Just the raw, powerful kind I remembered holding as a child.

But finding the right supplier wasn’t easy. The market is full of fakes and overworked pieces that have lost their natural edge. After months of searching, I finally found Moldavite that felt right. Deep green, raw, textured and absolutely buzzing.

Within the first hour, all three of the smaller ones had sold.

No big launch. No paid ads. Just one post, a few photos, and the right people feeling that same powerful pull I once felt as a child.
