  • Full payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Tracked Shipping: £4.99 for all UK orders

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free tracked delivery

  • Processing Time: We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–5 working days

  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 working days after dispatch (UK only)

Please note: We are not responsible for delays once parcels are in the care of the postal service, but we will always assist you where possible.

Due to the energetic nature of our crystals and spiritual items, all sales are final. This ensures the integrity and energetic purity of each piece for all our customers.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos of the damage
